Tyler Scout Hike

Tyler's 11-year old scout troop did a 5 mile hike up Usery Pass in December. There are only 3 boys his age, so they are pretty close and have a good time together. Another older boy missed doing the hike another time, so he came along too. He was pretty excited we let him take a camera. He came back with LOTS of picture of the desert and plants.

Christmas!

Merry Christmas!!

On Christmas Eve morning, Mckay realized he never got to TALK to Santa. He was almost in tears, so I had no choice. After standing in line at the mall for nearly an hour (at 10 am Christmas Eve) his mission was accomplished!

Brayden was SO excited to see 'Danta' and all the 'mis-mus' up close!

This year I decided to sew matching PJ pants for us all. The boys all thought it was cool, and super comfy!

I was pretty happy with how they turned out - for my first try.

Every year the boys exchange names and earn money to buy each other 'Brother Gifts.' It's cute they always look forward to it!

Thanks to Grandma and Granddad Crockett, we got a Wii and Rockband this year! The boys were crazy excited!

Brayden took over Mckay's Push Pop. He was pretty obsessed with it - so Mckay eventually traded him for his Pez Dispenser.

After breakfast, we packed up and headed to Thatcher for 5 days! We had lots of fun with the family - so much so that we didn't take ANY pictures!

My Birthday And DISNEYLAND!

For my birthday, Kenny and I went on a quick weekend trip to DISNEYLAND! We have NEVER been without our kids! There were several rides we had NEVER been on together because we always had to split up with the kids. It was a very different trip with out a stroller. It was warm during the day, but cold at night. The park wasn't very busy so there were hardly ANY waits, and sometimes we were the only people on the rides! We had a couple frustrating detours in Palm Springs along the drive, but it was a much needed trip. We had SO much fun, and we were SO exhausted!

I got SOAKED on Splash Mountain, within hours of being in the park! We had to go back to the hotel to change!
